Pocket Dials Have No Expectation Of Privacy

A federal appeals court has decided that "pocket dial" calls give no expectation of privacy after the former chairman of a Kentucky airport board made an inadvertent ninety one minute phone call in which he discussed a variety of personal matters. The airport CEO assistant made notes on the conversation and the man sued for "interception of communications".
