Spaghetti squash cakes!

What do you do with that spaghetti squash you keep seeing? Once you’ve roasted the squash and scraped with flesh with a fork to make long strands, mix it with toasted caraway seeds, egg and corn starch. Form into cakes and pan fry them. Top with sour cream, chives and lemon juice. #Recipe
