When Exercising In Hot Weather Go Easy

If you normally workout in cooler climates recognize that you may need to ease up on your workout. The run you do in 70 degree weather and low humidity may be impossible when it’s extremely hot and humid out. Reduce the time, and or intensity of your workout and start out slow to let your body adapt to the heat. #heatstroke #exercisesafety
