Pistachio shortbread

Pistachio shortbread. Just toast some pistachios in a dry frying pan. Grind some of the pistachios with sugar and salt in a food processor. Add flour and pulse to combine. Add butter and lemon zest, and pulse again. Add remaining pistachios, and pulse. Pour mixture into a pan, smooth, and bake. #Recipe
