Rhubarb & Strawberry Compote

Put it on scones, ice cream, pound cake or cheesecake. Rhubarb and strawberry compote. Toss together sliced rhubarb, orange juice, lemongrass and sugar. Toss the strawberries with vanilla and sugar. Cook rhubarb mixture in a saucepan until rhubarb breaks up. Stir in strawberry mixture. Cook, then cool before serving. #Recipe
