Rib-Eye w/ Pineapple Blue Cheese

A rib-eye with pineapple and blue cheese. Start by marinating steaks in soy sauce. Combine some onion and vinegar in a bowl and set aside. Sear the steaks in a skillet, and finish in the oven. Add pineapple, blue cheese, parsley and oil to onion-vinegar mixture. Serve the steak topped with the relish. #Recipe
