Basil Butter for Corn on the Cob

Corn on the cob is a great summer side. But it can get old and tired pretty quick. Dress it up with this fresh basil butter. Just cut the basil into a fine chiffonade. In a small bowl, mash together the chopped basil and butter until well mixed. Once you’ve coated the corn, sprinkle with sea salt. #Recipe
