French Onion Soup Stuffed Portobello

Impressive and delicious. Portobello mushrooms stuffed with French onion soup. Caramelize onions in butter with thyme, salt and pepper. Add sherry and cook until evaporated. Roast the cleaned mushrooms for about 8 minutes. Fill the mushrooms with the onions, sprinkle with Gruyere cheese, and bake. #Recipe
