Salmon & Asparagus Kebabs

Salmon and Asparagus Kebabs! Make a marinade out of lemon, soy sauce, brown sugar and ginger. Skin the filets, cut them into one-inch chunks, and marinate for about an hour. Blanch the asparagus until just barely tender. Drain and rinse in cold water immediately. Alternate salmon chunks and asparagus sections on skewers and grill for about 5 minutes total. #Recipe
