Spicy Pepper Relish

Spicy relish, the slow-cooker way. Peel an onion, cut it off, and place in the slow-cooker. Stem some serranos and bell peppers and place them in the slow cooker. Add vinegar and salt, cover, and cook for three to four hours. Place everything in a food processor and pulse until it takes on a relish-like consistency. #Recipe
