Mussels With Garlic & Breadcrumbs

Mussels with garlic and breadcrumbs. Cook the mussels in a large, covered frying pan until they’ve opened. Pull apart and discard the meatless side of each. In a frying pan, add butter, breadcrumbs, parsley and garlic. Using a spoon, evenly divide the mixture over the mussels. Broil until golden brown. #Recipe
