Beer-Braised Pulled Pork

Beer braised pulled pork. Coat a pork butt with oil, salt, chili powder and cinnamon. Brown in a Dutch oven on all sides. Saute garlic, chiles and onions. Crank up the heat, add the pork and good beer, and throw it into the oven for about three hours. #Recipe
