Young Moviegoers Drove 2015 Box Office

New data has found that blockbusters like “Jurassic World” and “Furious 7” drew young people back into movie theaters in 2015 and that was a driving force behind the rebound at the domestic box office. In a major reversal from last year, moviegoers between the ages of 12 and 24 saw more movies than any other age group, climbing from an average of 7.1 movies in 2014 to an average of 8.4 movies in 2015.
