Being active as a family also gives you the chance to spend more quality time together outdoors having fun. Let’s talk about some ideas for getting active outside with the kids. It’s recommended that kids get 60 or more minutes of physical activity everyday.To keep everyone motivated look for activities that offer variety and are fun.
