Get Better Cleavage with This Push Up!

For better cleavage start doing staggered single leg pushups. Start with right hand on bench, left hand on floor directly in line with opposite arm. Right foot on floor, left leg lifted. Lower body down so chest is in line with the bench and pushup to starting position. Aim for 10-15 reps on each side.
