Miso-Ginger Glazed Salmon

The glaze is made from mirin, miso, brown sugar, soy sauce, and ginger. Brush the salmon with the glaze and refrigerate for thirty minutes. Broil the fish until just opaque. Sprinkle with scallions and sesame seeds and serve with more of the glaze. http://goo.gl/Dr6BB #Recipe
