Rosemary Roast Duck With Potatoes & Figs

Stuff ducks with onion and rosemary. Place in a roasting pan, pour in some water, and bake. Toss some potatoes in the lamb fat and bag. Add the figs towards the end and cook until soft and juicy. #Recipe
