Defining a Startup

TechCrunch is offering some general guidelines to determine exactly what constitutes a startup company. A company can be considered a startup if it has: a revenue run rate of less than $50 million, fewer than 100 employees, and is worth less than $500 million on paper. You hit the limit; you’re no longer a startup. #tech
