Buttermilk Rye Crepes

Just blend eggs, egg yolk, buttermilk and milk in a blender until smooth. Add rye flour, all-purpose flour, salt and sugar and blend. Gradually stream in melted butter, and strain. Cooke the crepes, coat with sugar and add back to the skillet until caramelized. http://goo.gl/BO67Zs #Recipe
