No Emails Without A Warrant

Representatives Jared Polis of Colorado and Kevin Yoder of Kansas moved Wednesday to reintroduce a bill that would prevent Internet service providers from turning over emails to the government in the absence of a warrant. The current law allows emails to be collected with a subpoena after one hundred an eighty days without notification of the sender or recipient.
