Seattle Builds Tent Camps For Homeless

Seattle officials stand by their decision to create tent camps for the homeless. The most recent count revealed 2,800 homeless people living in Seattle. The camps are to be built in non-residential areas, close to transit centers, and away from city parks. Social services agencies will help the homeless transition to permanent housing.
