Tortured Gitmo Prisoner's Conviction

Australian David Hicks was imprisoned in Guantanamo Bay, convicted of “providing material support for terrorism.” He pleaded guilty under duress, desperate to escape Guantanamo after being tortured. The deal he signed allowed him to move to an Australian prison after 60 days. His conviction has since been reversed.
