Virginia Plaintiffs Suing Over Obamacare

Four plaintiffs in Virginia are suing over a key component of the Affordable Care Act. The U.S. government never challenged their standing, but recent news reports are. The plaintiffs claim that certain ACA-related tax credits make Virginia residents ineligible for a hardship exemption—an exemption that would eliminate penalties for not having health insurance.
