Free Range Parents Appealing Case

“Free range” parents have been deemed neglectful by CPS in Maryland. They allowed their children, ages 10 and 6, to walk one mile unsupervised. Scientists Alexander and Danielle Meitiv tried to have the case dismissed, unsuccessfully. Now they plan to appeal. CPS said children under 8 must be supervised by someone age 13 or older.
