Lawyer Censured Over Teen Theft

When she applied for state bar admission, New York Attorney Natasha M. McDougall failed to disclose a shoplifting conviction from her teenage years. The 1993 conviction was noted when McDougall applied for a job and was fingerprinted in 2013. She had used a fake name and address when arrested.
