Falconer Took On Feds And Won

Master Falconer Mike Dupuy caught three young goshawks in 2014, reported it to Pennsylvania wildlife officials, and applied for the necessary federal permits. The animals needed to be banded and tracked. He instead ended up battling the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in court, at a cost of approximately $25,000. Dupuy won the case.
