Gender Bias In Workers Compensation

New legislation is being proposed to address gender bias in worker’s compensation issues. The system in question determines employee responsibility for workplace injuries. Percentage ratings differ depending on the condition and how much personal responsibility each individual bears. Payment reductions due to pregnancy, menopause, breast cancer, and other conditions show anti-female gender bias.
