No, seriously. It’s AWESOME as a finisher for grilled steaks or used to enrich pasta dishes. Just caramelize some diced onions with garlic, thyme and butter. Toss in shrimp until golden. Puree the mixture, adding more softened butter, and strain. #Recipe
