Breakfast Risotto

If you know how to cook traditional risotto, this is a no-brainer. Render some hot Italian sausages, add onion and bay leaves, then add Arborio rice and toast. Add wine, add broth and saffron, and cook until tender. Remove the bay leaves, add cheese and serve. #Recipe
