Crab Fat Caramel Wings

Bring fish sauce to a boil and stir in some sugar. Whisk in crab paste and water and keep warm. Dredge the wings in a batter made from cornstarch, flour, baking powder, vodka and water. Fry the wings and coat with the sauce. #Recipe
