Victims of Police Brutality Given Aid

The city of Chicago will award $5.5 million to living survivors of police brutality in the 70s and 80s during the regime of a notorious police commander. That means almost $100,000 per person. The gesture is the first of its kind in the country. http://goo.gl/EOsMdr
